Last week, I started back again to Weight Watchers. Now, mind you, I'm a lifetime member. I reached goal weight in April of 2009. I can still remember the day and get little butterflies.
Here is a pic from our celebration dinner (at the Cheesecake Factory, no less) ...
I gained 30 lbs. going through the pregnancy and then miscarriage that we suffered in 2009. Can we say "emotional eater" all together?
Then, with Reed, I gained 50 lbs. (Now, this is 10 lbs. less than I gained with both Emily and Logan), but I was starting out at a higher weight from the miscarriage.
Needless to say, I have my work cut out for me. I have 75 lbs. to lose this time around. I know all that it takes, since I've done it before. So, I'll be sharing tips and tricks on my Blog, of course....
Tonight is my first weigh-in .... here we go!
Reason I want to lose weight No.1: To be able to bounce my baby on my hip and not on my fat
Tip No.1: Drink water. Shoot for 6 glasses. I try to drink one at every meal and snack (that makes for 6 right there!)
